Despite the scorching summer heat, many travelers from all over the world visited Mitsuwaya in August. This month brought two big highlights. First, our rooftop was renovated, with fresh green grass laid down, creating a relaxing new space. In the evenings, guests gathered there to chat, share drinks, and enjoy the refreshing night breeze a truly memorable scene. The second highlight was a special collaboration with One Terrace Inc. We hosted Japanese language lessons for our guests. Participants eagerly tried out the phrases they had just learned, using “Konnichiwa” and “Arigatou” with our staff. It was wonderful to see them experience Japanese culture in such a fun and interactive way. The lessons were full of laughter and created a relaxed, friendly atmosphere rather than a classroom setting.
For many guests, enjoying time on the renewed rooftop and taking part in the Japanese lessons made their summer in Osaka even more special.
