September was still pretty hot in Osaka, but the mornings and evenings slowly started to feel a little cooler, giving us the first signs of autumn.

There was also a sports day at the elementary school right in front of Mitsuwaya, so we could hear the sound of taiko drums almost every day while they were practicing.
Some of our guests were curious about the sound and would look outside wondering what was going on. It was fun to explain a little about Japanese school events and see their reactions.

As always, we had many guests enjoying their time in Osaka and relaxing at Mitsuwaya in their own way.
