Although Osaka has a plenty of Vietnamese cuisine restaurant, Quancom 11 is the best in Tanimachi area fo sure. Pho is really tasty. I wanna have it as soon as possible… I guess you can get it as extra-large portion once you pay additional fee ¥50 ~ ¥100.

If you visit there at lunch time, I might say there are 2 menu that offer “Extra-large amount of rice for FREE”. In addition, fried-spring roll, raw-spring roll and papaya salad are also my recommendation. I’m coming there both lunch and dinner time twice or third a week.
